Would you rather take Edouard or Nketiah?

Celtic got complacent , got in a couple of crap managers and fell in a hole. I’ve taken an interest since Big Ange took over but every match Ed plays seems to contain the sentence Edouard missed a sitter. We have a couple of strikers who fulfil the missed a sitter role so not for me.

It appears that that the HOl is swinging towards Nketiah, and I'd tend to agree. They both are risky, but who isn't. Nketiah was good enough to have recently been given a new 5 year deal, and Arteta was positive about his work ethic. Vs Edouard who hasn't got the best rep. I cant really be dealing with any more lazy or stroppy players. I know Nketiah isn't playing regularly for Arsenal, but I don't think that's a biggie. Connor and Guehi were nowhere near the first team and look how well they have done for us. Also, Arsenal is an absolute mess at the minute, they have the ability to make even the best look useless. Xhaka looked class at the Euros and he's fallen off a cliff since he's been back. Must be something in the water.

Ornstein is saying that we are focusing on Edouard. I'm hearing separately that Nketiah is unlikely to happen and as has been reported elsewhere, it seems that Mayoral will stay at Roma. So it's beginning to look like Edouard or no new striker unless the board surprise us with a bolt out of the blue (unlikely IMO).

Ornstein is saying that we are focusing on Edouard. I'm hearing separately that Nketiah is unlikely to happen and as has been reported elsewhere, it seems that Mayoral will stay at Roma.

So it's beginning to look like Edouard or no new striker unless the board surprise us with a bolt out of the blue (unlikely IMO).

Edouard would make for a great buy and club statement though I suspect that Celtic would not want to sell at this stage of the transfer window.

Looks like Arsenal won’t budge from £20m. Next year he will go for nothing, perhaps £10m is not such a bad offer

Let's hope he shows the Celtic form from 18 months ago, because Celtic fans can't wait to see the back of him. Let's hope playing in the premier league can rejuvenate him, then we may have a player, who was linked with the top clubs across Europe a while back. My equalibrium unbalanced me.
