my mates on Twitter and his location is set as London. he updated it this morning from Shrewsbury and it still says London... I think Location is something you put in as opposed to it actually tracking you! although i don't use it* so i don't know...

Location is just a Twitter setting that you can specify as on or off and alter by Tweet. It means nothing that his location says Amsterdam as that would naturally be his HOME location.

As said, he probably doesn't have tracking enabled on his Twitter as there is a tweet on Davids' twitter via uber twitter from Kuwait which he has posted. He could well be in his home in London, who knows. With an impending press conference it could still be on the cards.
