Come on Palace...surely we should be more ambitious than spending peanuts on a player proven to be ineffective in the Prem. What's the point?

Sheff Utd are about to spend £20m on McBurnie - never scored a goal in the Prem. Is he 10x better than Ayew? Is he even better than Ayew? Everyone moaning about the signing needs to understand that this is the market we’re competing in - most good Championship strikers cost £15m and up.

The same people who winge about signing Ayew are the same ones who say get rid of Benteke and Sakho to trim the wage bill.

I think there's a player in Jordan. I rated him at Villa and hopefully he can come good this campaign.

I believe he was bought because he holds the ball up extremely well, if we are a goal up with five minutes on the clock he will be subbed on.
