Chakrabarti's conclusions,in essence, were: "...This Inquiry was triggered by a series of unhappy incidents which did no credit to the Labour Party. ...The Labour Party is not overrun by antisemitism, Islamophobia or other forms of racism. ... However, as with wider society, there is too much clear evidence (going back some years) of minority hateful or ignorant attitudes and behaviours festering within a sometimes bitter incivility of discourse. This has no place in a modern democratic socialist party that puts equality, inclusion and human rights at its heart." Sounds about right and hopefully people in the party will now be a bit more aware of the issue and those who simply reject it as a "right wing media plot" will be more open in future to the reality... Corbyn,for example,is not an anti-semite in my view.But, it is worrying that he saw no problem in describing as "friends" an organisation whose Charter blames Jews per se for the French Revolution,and both world wars (Hamas), ..its unimaginable he would have done the same with an organisation that had expressed similar views about say Asian or African people.... One thing I admire about Jews is that the wearing of a skullcap precludes the wearing of a bandana. Or does it? I suppose they could wear the cap under a bandana, or over it. Or am I being paranoid. Does anyone know the real truth about this?

Yep and the modern Labour party must share in the responsibility of creating an environment towards Jews that has seen them leave this country in large numbers.

Antisemitism has mainly come from their party. They support minorities who themselves contain large percentages of antisemitic people.
