I believe the deal did not go through.? For it to go through now, Everton would need to cancel his contract. Palace could then sign him as a Free agent.

He needs to have been a free agent before the window opened to be eligible to join outside of the window. Caceres for example qualifies. I don't think Kone would.

Martinez signed Kone for both Wigan and Everton, in fact he was Martinez's first signing for Everton.

Leave him at Everton I don't think he can bring anything different to what we already have Benteke as our main with Remy and Campbell backing them up followed by Mr ive got another injury wickham .

SP s comments on talk sport yesterday appear to indicate this may still be an option...Everton could cancel his contract and we might pay them something but not a fee.
