We miss them both massively. They both just worked so well for us. You seem team like Stoke and West Brom keep their old guard (Whelan, Adam, Crouch, Morrison, Brunt) despite the fact they're not the most fashionable players. Grass not always greener. We're getting relegated and they're not. Not about being fashionable. Whelan, Adam, Morrison and Brunt are all Premier League midfielders who have been doing it for years, and Crouch is an England international and former Champions Leagues striker. There were also plenty of Stoke fans grumbling about Whelan keeping his place in the team.

Actually I'm not sure we really miss either of them. Murray, scored less than Beneteke, in a much longer period of premiership time. Jedi, made little difference when he played in the s**t half of last season, and barely featured in the first tweleve Pardew months. Now don't get me wrong, I think we could do with Jedi, but he was struggling to get ahead of Cabaye, McArthur and Ledley.

Just to inform you, they don't play football for a living anymore. However, the second two players still play professionally. Get It?

If they were average in the premier, we should snap them up - because what we have is a characterless, gutless, spineless, rabble. They would much improve it. Every single player Pardew purchased diluted the quality of our side. We have made a policy of buying players who know how to get a club relegated - and boy are they doing a job of it for Palace.

They could both do a job for us, but not much of one. Jedinak could come on with 20 mins left to close out a game, thats all, there is no way on earth he would be starting. His passing was absolutely terrible. Murray never quite came back from that injury, it really was a terrible injury but the timing of it probably rocked him more than the physical pain and issues. He could maybe come on with 20 mins left to spark something with his tenacity and nick or create a goal, off his chest came the goal from Gayle to make it 3-3. Grass is always greener, we are looking terrible out there but Murray and Jedi would be role players only, they wouldnt be able to single handedly get us out of the sh**.
