Hadn't you noticed Beneteke has played twice the amount of games that Luka has and scored 15 goals, but he is not good enough for you.
You seem a shrewd judge of a player.

I always take videos of players on youtube with a pinch of salt, but, looks pacey and composed on the ball. Could be a solid signing, but i do think it will take him up to a year to get used to the PL.

He has the highest pass rate of any player in the Eredivisie last season

Even if it does take him a year then we've still got a 21 year old CB. This is absolutely one for the future

I'm trying not to get excited about this one, but I'm not doing very well.

Not at all...I'm a massive Parish supporter...instead I'm suggesting that we're being linked to any old player by lazy journo's an agents...which people then throw on here causing teh expectation to rise.

So I think you missed my point...but it was probably the way i wrote it.

Think he'd be a great addition. Definitely one that may take a bit of time but his relationship with FdB will help him settle quickly. Left sided will provide balance and he seems comfortable on the ball and a good passer which is what is needed if our style is to gradually change.

At the reported 8m could be a real find.

Hoping this comes off and interest from other clubs in Sakho stalls and we end up getting him on loan again!

I'm really hoping this happens. He's only 20 years old, he has already made 63 appearances in Ajax's first team, he has experience of playing in Europe and has already played for his country. He's only going to get better so he sounds like a brilliant prospect to me.
