I had a dream last night that Beckham signed for us too and scored a freekick against someone, can't remember who though. I bought both his and Davids' shirts and hung them on my wall at home. Sadly this was a dream, but looks like half of it might come true

Putting my reputation on the line at this early stage is maybe not such a good idea, however, I have it from a very reliable source at Spurs that Davids is going to sign. The source is the security liason manager at Spurs, a man who has remained very good friends with Davids since his time at Spurs. He spoke to Edgar last night and he said that he is going to sign. There would be zero chance that he is bulls***ting me, he is not that sort of guy. I hate stuff like this usually and whenever I read things like it I just assume the person is lying through their teeth. So the inevitable shoot downs are expected, however, this is very genuine. Although I believe he always liked the 26 shirt, so maybe Matthew Parsons will politely make way. IF he officially signs, of course... **must... keep... feet... on ... ground!!**
