What's the score with Pato at Chelsea? I think he'd be an ideal third striker- very quick and if we're chasing a game we could put him up top with Wickham (or hopefully CB!)

I would absolutely love to see Sigurdsson sign- would be a perfect foil for the wingers and forwards and is great from dead ball situations as well

Pelle? I would say somewhere between Wickham and Benteke in terms of ability, and similar attributes to both. I'd imagine would be around the $15m and I wouldn't be at all disappointed to see him at Palace if Benteke didn't happen.

(I think Benteke's worth more than $15m just for the avoidance of doubt).

Pelle's comes across as a classic Italian swine - vain, stroppy and a bit up himself. Not keen.

Pelle is a very good player but he is 31 next week, in all likelihood (but not certain) his best years are now behind him. The fee we would pay is dead money, no resale value at all.

If he leaves Southampton I see him following Koeman.

Lastly, Benteke can be a better a player than Pelle and has a better PL scoring rtecord
