Not meaning to hijack your milk thing mate but I’m sure I’m allergic to bread because I feel stoned every time I eat it especially those white soft finger rolls. My wife has always said give it up and when I do I feel much better but I always seem to drift back. Fluorescent lights in big stores give me a similar spaced out feel. Straight up.
