If anyone wants to see his apoligies :

Hope he doesn't get banned for life, was silly but no real harm done.

A fuse blew no differnt to how many on these boards are feeling, overstepped the mark and will pay the price.
Why has it got this far?

I would imagine he has been charged with going onto the playing area (section 4 of the football offences act I think if I remember my Hendon days well enough)

If so then a football banning order will be applied for as a matter of course. 3 year banning orders tend to be the norm. It will be down to the Magistrate to
decide whether to implement the order.

They can choose not to
To be honest he will struggle for it not to be implemented in my opinion. Going on the pitch to celebrate a goal is one thing. Going on the pitch to confront a player and throw a punch at them is likely to be massively frowned upon and rightly so.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

I agree. He's apologised, and I'm sure we can empathise with him in some way. He went about it in the wrong way, but that's what emotions do to us. I'd rather have him supporting us than the tourist t***s in the various pictures floating around social media recently.

Why hasn't he apologised to Delaney?
He's a disgrace and should be banned for a long time.I don't want to go back to the bad old days when we had to watch our football from behind a fence.

What happened to Delaney

Why did he not come out for the second half?

Poor bloke.

I think Delaney is great.

He's given everything. Model professional.

How sad is this

My Take on the game yesterday.
Hennessy has to be replaced, yet another mistake which has cost us.

Whilst Delaney might give 100% he is now 36 slow and very one dimensional. He could have let the ball go out of play yesterday for a throw in to us when there was no pressure, instead, he lumped it out of play.

Benteke need to put a shift in, it looks as though he hardly breaks sweat.

Puncheon is not a central Midfielder. He doesn't have the vision of others, cant tackle, and doesn't track back enough

Ward seems to have lost his form over the past few months. He is not the player of last season.

Cabaye is injury prone, but should play further forward.

Dann seems to have been carrying an injury over the last few weeks

Macarthur puts a s*** in every match. other player should look at him.

The new signings will make a difference, and I hope Luke the Serbian is the central midfielder that we have been missing since the start of the season.

I do know that prior to Sam coming in, the training sessions were not good and fitness levels were not where they should have been. The previous backroom staff were not up to it.

As for the Fan running on the pitch it's not right, but he has apologised and I hope that's taken into account.

Passions were running high yesterday especially at the end of the game. COYP

The commentator at the Swansea game today, referring to Llorente used words to the effect that he was not that mobile. He was far more mobile than Benteke has been this season.

not sure why people mistake Delaney's passion as being for the club rather than himself. Never hear him talk about his passion for CPFC when you think about it. He's gestured to our fans too often in the last year and needs to pipe down, they have every right to groan when you f*** up a simple pass yet again and boo at half time.

glad he probably won't play again now and disappointed at the nigel brigade playing the grass to a fan. No solidarity in our club.
