Todays extra download is a double by Manfred Mann. The first is from The Stanley Theater, Pittsburgh, PA in 1975 and the second is from the Pinkpop Festival, Geleen, Netherlands in 1977. Both are in superb quality and sound top notch. Some real great stuff on both of these shows - and if the seem familiar, they have both been posted before. I was asked for some MMEB and thought I'd keep the links and repost them.. If you like Manfred Mann's Earth Band them grab these - they are the absolute mutts... Todays second download is one of the very few audience recorded bootlegs that I have posted. As you may know, I rarely post audience shows as they are usually crap recordings. This is one of the few exceptions to that rule and a show that sounds better than a lot of soundboards I've posted. This is a show by Pink Floyd that was recorded at the Sports Arena, Los Angeles on the 26th April 1975 while the band were touring in support of the "Wish You Were Here" album. The band start off with a few tracks from WYWH then go into some DSOTM before ending with the classic track "Echoes". This is a fantastic recording and one for any PF fan.. this is thoroughly recommended... and then some... and then some more... do youself a favour and grab this one.. Here is a download link I found for :- Echoes From The Past, Live at the Sports Arena, Los Angeles, CA 26.4.75 - Pink Floyd (Bootleg) Quality : Excellent Tracklisting : Disc 1 : Run Time : 61 mins Disc 2 : Run Time : 77 mins Download Links : CD 1 : [Link] CD 2 : [Link] Filesize : 220MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) The Line-up : Enjoy!
