Authors, publishers, will say that the same principle should apply on the internet as in other fields, that their content should not be used without their permission, and licensing will give them some remuneration to compensate.

Hopefully a balance will be struck in a few days time when it goes back to the EU parliament, after having been rejected this summer.

Through the 'deal' there are so many advantages for the EU which feared a disaster.

It seems that the UK and EU relationship is re-drawn with the U having no say in what happens in the single market for example.

How ironic that in one of Mrs Thatchers flagship achievements, the single market, the UK will be reduced to a standard membership with no say in the operation of the world's largest market.

Disgusting behaviour from someone I have never heard of. He talks directly JRM's young children. Some people take things to far and I hope regardless of politics we can all agree this was just wrong.
