On the way back I looked out for the signs. There were a couple but they weren't exactly obvious in their meaning. Any genuine warning to drivers would make it obvious. I think they deliberately want to make it vague so they can hit people with fines.

130,000 penalties were sent out in the first month. Nearly 19,000 foreign vehicles are having to be chased by debt recovery agencies.
