If you can back up with facts that "blacks" commit a higher proportion of crimes, then I would say you haven't been racist. If you can't, then maybe you have... a little bit.

I hardly think many black people seeing this would think 'good for those two girls' so we ought to stick to criticising the perpetrators of crime rather than put the spotlight on an entire race. If there is evidence that this is a racist attack then it should be classified as such, if there isn't then it shouldn't.
