If anyone harmed my nan while she is alive, I would gladly do jail time out of sheer principal. As for these pair of scumbags, I'd kerb stomp both their faces into a pile of primordial sludge.

what can be done by the justice system to punish a 14-year-old? Probably not enough of what is needed and if her parents have gone 14-years and this is the product then I can't see what making them accountable will change.

from personal experience, 2 years ago, I can assure you NOTHING.
the nasty children that attacked my family on our own doorstep were still at school.
After a stressfull full day in croy. court, they both got some sort of order were they had to attend a behavioural class every sat. morning.
My children found the day in court looking at the snearing scum as stressful as the attack a month or 2 earlier & they attempted to deflect 'over physical ' defence of my family on me.
(I doubt very much if they attended their classes on the weekend anyway)
One of my daughters got £30 costs for a broken nose, bruises & a year on pills for stress.
The £30 was awarded as a low sum as it was all the parents could afford.
