Well while you two argue about who is working or middle class, the post appeared on my regimental facebook page with various photos and quotes confirming it was a fake post, this has happened quite a few times now regarding certain issues from the Afghan or Iraq war...I suppose in the end the truth will out

However, even if it is genuine... it only goes to show that person is probably a devout Christian "prepared to turn the other cheek" as described in the Bible ( ...parables? ). Although I am an atheist, if I did follow the Bible's teachings I would be more of an "eye for an eye" sort of person.

Just tapped 'was Chris Herbert's post fake?' into google and absolutely nothing comes up saying it was. Just lots of links to newspapers doing the story and about Herbert himself. Seems 100% genuine.

Yes maybe so kerms, i think i should explain that im not interested if its true or not, as I said in my post the truth will out in the end, My regimental facebook says its fake, I cannot post the link on here as it is a private group ?? but its under Queens regimental page and some other comments under soldiers off the streets
