Still on our books. Ours and Chelsea's medical staff are staying in touch regarding rehabilitation.

If the whole Remy injury was the only case of this, I wouldn't be bringing this up, but we've now gone about a year and a half with nearly all of our key players getting injured at key times, then lasting about two weeks before being out for another three months. Our medical team is flat out not good enough and if this keeps up, we could well get relegated due to not winning key games due to missing key players. This might be something of an overreaction, but I'm not willing to take the risk. Get rid ASAP.

It's a minor thigh strain apparently on a player that's not been fit in s few years. They have only said he's been sent back for a scan ect, have we terminated the contract? Could he come back ? Hardly a reason to sack the medical team in my view.

If fit players from last season suddenly drop and we have a speight of the same injurys then look into it. This is a shame but a gamble we took hence loaning the player to see where he was, not pay out 12mill upfront.

Injuries happen period!our biggest problem is we don't have depth.
Bournemouth had horrible injuries to their star players start of last season but had every position backed up. We don't!

The dream is we make it to January fairly injury free. But important we add in Jan. IMO Pardew is still clueless!!!

I don't know how relatively unfit players train with the rest of the squad but possibly it was a case of him trying too hard too soon? Of course it's a shame but are we making too much of it?

Glad it was a try-before-you-buy deal. I still have hope, but he won't have much time to show his stuff by the time he's back. Such is life.

Bournemouth will be sweating Jack Wheelchair, who will likely put in a few great games and get them excited, then go back on the injured list.

Are the medical staff to blame for the initial injury?
So the medical staff decide to injure the players at a key time in the season, get them recovered and then injure them again?

There's been a lot of rubbish spouted this last two weeks, this is right up there.

I think in this case we've made our own luck. If a club loans out a player because he has a poor injury record, that speaks volumes.

Chelsea have over 30 players out on loan. For them, it's not about trying to fob off damaged goods on another team, it's about getting playing time for - and revenue from - those players they can't fit into their 25-man roster.

The OP is by trying to blame the medical team for injuries.
