Long reply, luv sunday roast, always use beef dripping to cook the joint in & baste it put the spuds in with it, have a crafty slice of bread n dripping to nosh, then use the dripping to make gravy with(bisto powder,oxo cube & veg water mixed in) slowly stirred & then poured all over dinner......mmmmmmmm
