Gray played quite a bit more than I thought last season. He didn't even have bad stats. However, I've never really rated him except in spells. I've always thought, rightly or wrongly, that his workrate and application aren't good enough. I've never noticed him tracking back as such. He's one of those players you don't notice in a game until he does something. Roy would be earning his money to fit him into Roy's style. He's not old but not really still a youngster as such so if he could develop much is open to debate. I don't think he's worth 14 mil. More like half that.
