Kids school gets added as of 10 seconds ago. Charging us to go to their Christmas play. Christmas play which features songs with the words 're hashed so that Jesus, Mary and all the rest isn't mentioned. Last year a family of sprouts substituted Mary and Joseph and they sang songs about Christmas puddings. One of the greatest things about not having kids, is never having to go to these things. They're f**king terrible. Charging people to go is outrageous (not to mention child exploitation). Also, its the same f**king s**ty nonsense every year - across the country a crap performance of the nativity play - Crap with no educational value. They should do some proper plays, something that might actually involve them learning something or developing - Even if its religious, like a mystery play?

If one is of the Christian persuasion, the Nativity is one of the biggest mysteries ever.

Well psychoactive ones anyway. That's something that annoys me actually. I mean, I know I'm no Brad Pitt but sometimes I try convince myself I'm not a total and utter goblin then I put the camera on and it's reversed. Jesus I think and for the next six weeks I self harm in a pit of self loathing.

Oddly the nativity isn't a mystery play, the visit of the Magi however is.
