Doesn't make him a rapist though.
Assume ? Know with 100% surety surely ?

Ched Evans served 2 and a half years for rape,he's victim will have to live with the rape for ever. so for her it's a life sentence, probably still having nightmares, should he sign for Oldham attendances will drop and sponsors will no longer sponsor the latics. Sad day for football if this piece off sh!t is allowed to continue playing football. Is he a piece of sh*t if he is actually innocent or has a favourable case review though??? The problem with rape cases such as this is you have one drunk party claiming consensual sex and one drunken party claiming rape - physical evidence is very thin on the ground so its essentially down to a group of 12 member of the general public picking their favourite of two stories.
Doesn't make him a rapist though. The guilty verdict does. There was enough evidence to convict him of rape and he has had an appeal rejected. He is a convicted rapist. Not really sure what you're struggling with here.
So everyone who has been through a British court and found guilty is guilty are they ? Yes. Until proved otherwise. Or would you still have Rolf Harris presenting kids TV shows because he 'might' be innocent?

If Evans worked with women (even in an office space), I would understand, and completely support, his exclusion from that profession. The fact is, he chases a bag of air up and down a pitch for a living, and will not come into contact with women as a direct result of his profession, so to bar him from it seems more punishment than logic.

You keep batting on about it, I hope you man enough to apologize if he wins the review, and that could well happen. The Criminal Cases Review Commission(CCRC) is conducting an investigation into Evans's conviction, I just read an article about it and some legal experts are very uncomfortable about his conviction especially as there was no violence involved and the girl only complained sometime later, and if the CCRC are investigating there must be doubts as they don't do that lightly.

Could you possibly provide a link to said article? The CCRC is investigating at the request of Evans and his legal team, not because of any independent doubts over his guilt. Although there does seem to be confusion over why his case has been fast-tracked above others.

Trivial fact - Palace used to win 5-1 at least once a season, maybe next season? |

She complained the next day. I could care less if he wins the review, anyone who even remotely thinks what he did was not premeditated and planned with his mate is naive. The CCRC are bound to review any case that's put before them. If he gets away with it, he'll just join the ranks of countless other men who got away with raping a woman.

Im still not really sure why drunkerly raping somebody is so much worse than drunkernly killing 2 children ala Luke McCormick. EDIT:- I guess it is partly to do with accepting responsibility and showing remorse, after I've thought about it a little more. Edited by LABoxers (07 Jan 2015 3.15pm) Deliberate intent vs accident. For all of Luke McCormicks faults it would be erroneous to believe he had a deliberate attempt to kill two children. Where as Evans raped someone (and in all likelihood conspired to do so, with forethought and deliberate intention).
