Not sure many people saw beyond the headline of a gender pay gap at easyJet. "Airline reveals 52% gender pay gap". The reason is most of the males are pilots (as more choose to do that role) and most of the women are cabin crew. The gender pay gap is a myth that the media keeps pushing.
