Watford are basically an insecure club worried that their bobble hat fans would be outsung by Palace supporters. Therefore they would rather leave seats empty than sell them. No wonder their debts are so high.

Hi Rudi I am thinking they are not doing much wrong as their ground is pretty small we are being given the min15 percent. So obviously no favours from them as it looks like they would much rather leave tickets unsold than give us a bigger allocation. We can only guess or presume why that is.
My guess would be they want to have as much home advantage as possible and a thousand ish less of our noisy lot the better for them.
I was at Doncaster with a similar number so we can still do the team proud. ( lets hope they put in a performance also )
