Peer reviewed journal concludes that we voted for Brexit because we're not educated enough.

I think that whatever your level of education, your vote is just as valid as the next persons.

You sound envious. Is it that difficult for you in a city like London to meet and evolve friendships with such people these days? I mean i was only there for 40 years so maybe it has changed. My friendships with an evangelical, a British Indian or three, a British Caribbean or two and gay are/were fond memories. Maybe you should try harder to integrate.

I don't sound envious. That is another figment of your imagination. I am satirising your lies.

However, it's the other part that made me laugh out loud - 'maybe you should try harder to integrate'. That coming from the man whom has moved to a place where the ethnic balance is 98% white British and a massive 740ish people whom don't fit that group live. Whom is also married to a white 'Anglo scot' with a white daughter.

So should I dump the African missus and the black step son, stop travelling around the World, stop living in a highly integrated area, dump some mates and stop working in a team of people drawn from many countries, and move to Devon, in order to satisfy your definition of 'integration'?

I doubt you'd refer to yourself as European before English or British so it's interesting that you refer to your wife as being African rather than Ghanaian, which in some ways denigrates the rich diversity of culture within this massive continent of contrasts.

Anyhoo, WTF has this to do with Brexit?

I find it fascinating that people whom call themselves 'progressive' assume that you use references of ethnicity you make up yourself, never mind the fact that you actually use references the people in question themselves use to describe themselves.

Maybe it's because these so-called 'progressives' have their heads shoved up their own backsides, from living in nice, white suburban areas, and therefore have little to no experience of ethnic minorities, their self definition, culture or how they identify with other cultures, and get their kicks from telling others how to think and act, with no reference to reality,

Or, it could be because they are WUM's, trying to draw you into an argument after you have purposefully not directly interacted with them for 15 months, because everyone was sick of the arguments, and are desperate for attention.

Or it could be both.

Yep all very relevant because when investment dries up in an economy, that economy's currency will relflect that very fact. It's doing that right now as it's in free fall. It's even hurting UK manufacturers as most of their raw materials and components come from the EU and are priced in Euros.

Also, on a much smaller and irrelavant scale, those Brits on vacation in the Eurozone will find they are getting much, much lower than they expect when exchanging Sterling for Euros.

More deflection.
As i said, you really should be concentrating on the situation within the EU..........

More denial as per usual, so here you go and remember the EU doesn't act in isolation as it's an economic 'bloc', something the UK never really understood:

"Boom Times for Longer in EU's East as GDP Growth Quickens"

[Link]

"Europe is growing faster than Brexit Britain"

[Link]

"Still many analysts say economic fundamentals are in favour of the euro, compared to the weak dollar and the feeble pound which has been hammered ever since Britain voted last year to exit the European Union"

"Weakest growth in Europe"

Which is of course completely correct. Where the problem arises for me, is when political parties/campaigns/media outlets try to use a relative lack of education (particularly on something as complex as the EU) and just lie to huge numbers of the population on crucial points.
