Also its probably easier. There are some very good landlords out there, but there are some really scummy ones who've effectively cornered the market in lower price rental - typically to people who 30 years ago would have been council tennets. Round our way, those people are not getting a decent service.

I agree that Bubble Wrap's post was shocking as unless he is colour blind he should be able to see that green clothing goes quite well with ginger hair
