That goes back to my point that Pardew didn't know how to use him. Under Pulis he was great, under Warnock he was one of the few decent performers, I think Allardyce would know exactly how to use him.

Jedi was great for us he is not a good sub and that would have been his role selling was best for both same with Murray and Gayle.

Palace defy logic sometimes why sell the club captain for £3 million, didn't think of a replacement and how much that would cost so just didn't get anyone in. So the lack of defensive cover sees Palace one point above the relegation places.

Ledley has made 12 starts this season. Who would you lot have preferred to have made 12 starts, Ledley or Jedinak?

Ledley is his replacement.

Looking at his recent 3 or so appearances for Villa he has been subbed after 75 minutes or so, like today. Whilst Pards was partial to a change around this time couldn't see it every game.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time. |

Pardew took no steps to try to get Flamini much game time until a few weeks ago. Many on here supported getting rid of Jedinak because he was supposedly getting on but Flamini was the same age (32) and had barely played for the last year. Despite Flamini surprising us with a few good appearances in the last month, bringing him in still seems nonsensical when you consider the criteria that Jedinak was supposedly sold because of. For me it's obvious that it's either blatant incompetence on Pardew's part or a deal falling through led us to signing Flamini to cover up the cracks left by Jedinak's departure.

We used to look like we could stand up for ourselves in a scrap with guys like Jedi around; Cabaye. talented as he is, gets shoved off the ball too easily like for the winning Manure goal against us. Can Flamini be an enforcer?

Pards wanted him out because he was a big influence in the dressing room. That simple really. It was massively detrimental to the club. Now Pards has gone we have the opportunity to put this right.

I don't for one minute think that's true as I can't see Steve Parish allowing Pardew to get rid of anyone for that reason
