He meets some of the current criteria.
Ex Palace player ( the club is in his heart) sic
Ex England manager, he will be by next July.

I hope Parish can convince Roy to stay, he is a great fit for us.

According to the FA he will still be in situ even if we have a disappointing World Cup.

Absolutely right.

They had detailed information on Pochettino to the degree that the fact he left Espanyol after they were bottom of the league didn't deter Southampton from appointing him manager. They knew what they were appointing.

I remember you telling us before Willo.
Is Reed the guy that was at Charlton.?

I'd offer Roy a years extension on his current contract with Roy choosing his successor.

I'm not sure if I'm the 1st person to suggest him, but depending on his outlook and philosophy on football; what he wants to achieve in football; how he does this season under Roy and his relationship with the players (a few factors, I know), maybe Steven Reid might not be the worst idea.

Lads, Hodgson is 70 not 109. He could easily be around for 5 years or more if he chooses. People talk about him like he might just drop dead at any second.

Regards Danny Murphy, I have heard he is a real student of the game and a while ago Martin Tyler said he believed he would be a manager in the future.

According to Willo's contacts Murphy is a student of the game & he has held initial talks with Parish to coach the u16's & the Palace Ladies!

Yes Les was at Charlton.
He replaced Curbishley and Pardew succeeded him.
Les is the same age as me - 65.
