I absolutely love how people are getting IMPATIENT, purely as a result of this whole blog thing... Genius! Decisions about moving jobs, even in the cra-azy world of football, take days, not hours... and there are people who are seriously demanding he makes a decision for the fans' sakes...

Reported that Dennis Wise is interested in the job at Palace after Charlton decided they didn't want him. Eddie Howe most probably staying at Bournemouth. I for one would be hugely delighted if we hired a manager of Dennis Wise's calibre.

Can i be assistant ive had alot of experience. Only if we offer you the role, you then take your dog out for a week while F**king about making your mind up, then have 250 pages of speculation on HOL then turn us down to pursue your dream of being a quality control tester in a condom factory
And then when i make millions from that enjoy myself i can come be assistnat and be misserable. Sorted give me a call when your ready.

Modern Media culture aint it. 24 hour rolling news has to be filled. In the old days reporting something cost money time and effort, so you reported the facts as and when they were established. Now days, information is instantly available and anyone old fool can have their say. Think of it like this, Sky Sports main income is football, played on average once a week. But it provides a 24 hour coverage of football, meaning it has to find something, some would say anything, to fill the gap. But the complicator is that people aren't interested in the boring or mundane, so the news has to be interesting. Reality is, not much actually happens in football, except for matches. Maybe a few hours either side of the game, team sheets and injuries. Which is why anything gets reported and s*xed up to fill the demand. 99% of the news in football, is akin to FM2010 when the Physio informs you of an injury to one of the U18 players in training...
