for me the best was lombardo but the one i would have as no1 is ian wright because every minute he was on the pitch he was a threat and always looked like we could score loved him

Budgie is a good call, but for me Don because he did it for us at the highest level - anyone who was at the United game saw something they will never forget.

Johnny god bless him did his best stuff for us in the 3rd Division, played for England too mind.

This is hard. Byrne was a great talent but he left us to team up with Geoff Hurst at West Ham and they saw the very best of him. John Jackson was a great goalkeeper. I loved Cliff Holton and what about Chopper Howe? Don Rogers came too late but he was terrific. Wright/Bright immense. I am going for Jim Cannon. He was part of a great team and a great dream. It did not last but he gave us everything.
