What a shame to hear from the Croydon Advertiser that JS isn't included in the Argentina World Cup Squad. Oh well it's their loss and our gain I suppose.

As much as I love Jules have you considered that Argentina may have better options? Even if he was in the squad he'd be warming the bench at best.

The fact is they do not currently have better. As for age, what's wrong with experience? Jules age isn't a problem at Palace is it? No. I thinks that the Argees just haven't clocked Jules yet. Once they do, logic insists he's in!

It's a big call to bring in a new goalkeeper for a major tournament, some might even say its madness. Unfortunately, as good as Jules is some keepers will never get the opportunity to play for their national team.

Doesn't surprise me. He is 34, despite his ability, I think it would always be hard for someone at this age to get a look in for the first time. Didnt believe any of those twitter rumours .

They did come and look at him apparently, so there was some thought about it. It's a shame he isn't included as he deserves it and I would love it if he were selected. He is currently the only Argentine GK starting consistently in a top European league so they don't have many better options.
