Does anyone know what the financial reward is for staying in the premier league, I understand it depends on what position a team finishes in, so for instance if we end up in 11th what would we be getting in our kitty?

I think each place in the league is worth an additional 900k in prize money. Basic TV rights are distributed equally, but then there are additional payments if your game is broadcast - there are both UK and international contracts. For us, I think staying up and finishing around 11th is worth something like 50m GBP to us. Hard to believe, considering where we were 3 years ago!

The reward for finishing higher up the league, is that we will attract and sign better players and the club can improve the facilities as they have been.
