Why shouldn't the grant be used for staff wages if it's the only way the charity could continue? Does foreign aid undergo such scrutiny? A good friend used to work for them and said it was an amazing charity. Emotionally taxing working there a lot of the time, immensely rewarding and frustrating in equal measure.
