Scum indeed, but you have to question the driver's role in these kind of incidents on buses. Safely locked away, they never get involved and leave just their passengers to be assaulted and attacked.

I know some people don't have the greatest upbringing but what sort of a person do you have to be to punch someone of that age in the face? And how do you go about re-educating someone that does think it's ok?
