With the business that the likes of Norwich, Watford and Bournemouth are doing at the moment, I can't help but feel a bit underwhelmed by both the Adebayor link and our January transfer prospects in general.

That being said I must confess that I may have once or twice played championship manager, again 1995 was likely the year, by myself but by setting up as four player so that I could perform rather unchristian acts in the transfer market.

My point. Not sure, other than to recognise that the people running our football club, privy to the facts, likely do know best and to illustrate that I wouldn't be specifying metal ceilings into architects, driving around with a footwell full of empty Ginster pasty wrappers if I knew better than to cheat at sensible soccer as a fifteen year old whilst having one eye on baywatch.

Ironically, an exciting January edition to our attack, really would make those specifications a little easier though...
