This post has been merged from a topic called 'Not another FA Cup Final tickets thread moan, zzzz' by Old Chap Zzzzz is correct. The phasing has worked really well, and has meant that anybody who qualified and wanted a ticket has got one. It may go round to season ticket holders or over a certain number of points getting another chance to buy, but it will only be the scraps left.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Not another FA Cup Final tickets thread moan, zzzz' by Old Chap So you are moaning about the sales process and how tickets may go to United fans, whilst in the ticket thread requesting 2 ref numbers for a friend (palace fan) and his girlfriend (not a palace fan). Right. Personally, I can't see the problem with the way the tickets have been sold. Worked well for the semi final and the final in my opinion.

I wasnt aware there was any restricted view at Wembley. Just have to keep my fingers crossed i come across someone selling, worried the price they're being sold for will increase even more once its sold out officialy

Just had a look at the 'view from' option on the Wembley site & I can't see that his seat (528 row 2) has any kind of restriction other than maybe a handrail - even that doesn't seem in the way. It's right by the gantry/balcony opposite royal box so looks fantastic unless I'm missing something.

just spoke on phone to see tickets my client ref wont work becaues it was done after midnight on the 24th but there are still tickets in 6 blocks. And they wont be going on general sale i am afraid

I'm all right, Jack, as they say. It is true that if the system was different, my pal and his missus would get tickets because he's related to some fans who go home and away. So self interest, yeah. Is it true that if you had been going for 10 seasons but didn't last season that you wouldn't get points? I think you would, actually. And certainly, you should. That's perhaps a different debate. Okay, I will accept `struggling' was a clumsy phrase. What I mean is, for me it would have been good if we'd never got to Phase 5. That's where I'm certain there will be loads of Wnkrs buying (or touts who'll sell to the best price). And THAT, we can all agree, is something that we should have avoided.
If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities. |
