I don't mind if this deal drags on to the end of the window (still dangerous Palace playing these games) what concerns me is it looks like we are focusing on this as the only option why has there been no other signings even if just youth? I expected some sort of signing this week.

So do you You've just posted a link confirming exactly what I just said: It was £2.5m for getting into the Champions League and that won't happen in the next four years, or ever, let's face it. How did you divide £7m of add-ons into three and get 3 x £1m?

Our biggest transfer to date is about £13m, I see why we are cautious it's a lot of money, with no guarantee. It's a difficult call, remember how Goldberg got ripped off by bigger clubs, the board are making sure that doesn't happen again. The club is bigger than any player, look at Leeds, Charlton, Bolton, Bradford etc all got broken by greedy agents and players. Have faith in the board and we will have a club worth supporting in years to come. Glory hunters need to look for another club or need to be realistic.
