His agent said he set to leave Milan , can play that playmaker role also can play wide. I think he played with cabaye at psg (maybe wrong). He is a goal scorer from midfield which we need to improve from last season.

Scores goals, was injured for a good bit of last season, but went straight back to banging them in on his return, only has a year left on his contract, did have an overlap with Cabaye at PSG in the second half of the 2013/14 season and is valued at a price we could pay. So...what's the catch?

Laughable suggestion. He will be playing for a team in Europe next season, not a bottom half premier league side.
