I feel utterly ashamed to be English when this level of behaviour occurs from my fellow nationals:

What do you think, and please do consider your nearest and dearest and what they think of you and the values that they endeavoured to imbue into you?

I'm not going to rule out the possibility that it's fake.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

This is the trouble these days we get this sort of thing going on with any excuse to do so by idiots. We need to come down hard on these people and make an example of them. We British do not ALL act like these ignorant people I can assure you.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

I certainly do not. I give people like this a wide berth.

I blame The Sun and the gene pool but it's not going to get the UK cancelling its exit from the EU. There might not be full control on immigration but the decision to leave has been made.

You'll hear quite a bit of this for a brief time and then it'll die out. The simple will have forgotten who they don't like and normal life will resume.

You won't hear about x was as pleasant to me as he was last week as I walked my Polish boy to school.

If this is true it is shocking. As I posted in the other thread hate crimes are up by 57% since the referendum.

BBC Radio London had a phone in on Sunday. I think it may have been specifically for black Londoners regarding the referendum. Mainly people phoned in after voting to leave, angry of the labels being thrown around at them for voting leave. How they were proud of their country and its citizens, whatever colour and were furious that it was mainly the comfortable and privileged who couldn't or wouldn't look at anything past their own experiences and wanted a 2nd referendum.

It'll blow over by the end of the summer at the latest. After everyone's had a break, spoken to a few europeans who agree with Brexit, the cold weather and early sunsets are upon us. Probably earlier than that. Within a week or 2.

Consider this.

No one sensible condones mistreatment of foreigners living in Britain but......

This is a nation that has had mass immigration forced upon it by successive governments when it was clear that it was going to cause social tensions right from the start. That didn't stop them.
Now I would ask you, who is really to blame when a bit of friction raises it's head?

This is the most tolerant country you can imagine when it comes to immigrants and most people have tried very hard to adapt to, in some cases, their whole town being transformed.
What do they get for their effortts? More immigrants, lower wages, higher house prices and an NHS that run by foreigners and at the same time swamped by foreigners.
Let's try to put things into a proper context shall we.

No they aren't.

The National Police Chiefs' Council (NPCC) has said that there has been an increase in reports to True Vision, a police online hate crime reporting site.
Between Thursday and Sunday there were 85 reports - a rise of 57% compared to the corresponding four days four weeks ago.
The NPCC said the figures only take into account reports made through one mechanism, and this should not be read as a national increase in hate crime of 57%.

Tony Blair's policies were always with govt performance and his career and relationships in mind and the British people last, or not at all.

Not like the Independent has an angle to pursue though, is it?

Try the source itself. [Link]
