Why not just increase the level, training and numbers of Campus security guards there are millions of veterans in the US who would and could fill the criteria, arming students is a proper f***in nuts idea. It's so insane it's almost funny. The first time I went to a range in the US I was handed a box of bullets and a machine gun before I informed them I had no f***ing clue what I was doing.
