The lad is a full international but may or may not be First team EPL material. However we are trying to build a squad and can not afford to always buy the finished article. The fact he plays in a weaker league may be a concern but should not be deciding factor. As BG has said McArthur started in Scottish Football,also Delaney in Irish, Bolasie in Non league and Malta

The lad is a full international but may or may not be First team EPL material. However we are trying to build a squad and can not afford to always buy the finished article.
