We are now 1 place and 1 point off of the relegation places, With Man City our next match, in all probabilities we will end up bottom 3 after that Game, Surely the record of over 30 games in 2016 with just 5 wins, Shows that we need to change the manager, His interviews are getting more and more embarrassing, As he never takes responsibility for anything, He always takes credit when we win, but slippery shoulders when we lose or draw. Facts are facts, We may play well in patches but overall we are not winning games under this manager. Its now his team and with that as a highly paid manager comes responsibility for performance on the field, He is such an arrogant man, Do we wait until we are bottom 3 before we act. He is tactically inept, and that is part of the reason we are always having to fight our way back into games, He needs to go

This is Palace. We'll probably do something mental like beat Man City now and everyone will simultaneously spuff their knickers and wet them at the same time.

A lot of what you say is bang on and I feel something needs to be done. Our second half display (attacking was excellent) but overall not good enough to win or draw the game. Question is how long will SP wait before he acts? Does SP still believe in Pardew? If SP does act who is likely to replace Pardew?

..he needs to be, if he doesn't believe he can do it there's not much point, so the reason for your new post is to mention everything that has already been mentioned but for you to highlight the fact you don't like his arrogance.
Exactly how is removing a manager going to stop our players making ridiculous silly mistakes then?

..so because of rotten luck you want Mr Pardew thrown out the door.

You mistake confidence which is what's required for arrogance. Arrogance is what leads to poor decisions, of which there have been many.

In terms of how removing a manager stops silly mistakes, have you noticed that silly mistakes happen more often with some managers than others? The reason why is that concentration levels are lower, focus is poorer, preparation is worse and discipline is lacking. All these things are learnt on the training ground so for me, getting rid of Pardew and bringing in someone else would eliminate some of these mistakes.

Luck occurs on a one off basis. 5 wins in 30 games isn't due to bad luck. It's due to not being good enough

I just think the board are being too romantic. Even if they do sack pardew what are the chances they'll replace him with someone like chris coleman, purely because he's ex palace. I think it's time for them to swallow their pride and go for a proven prem manager, but that's a big if.
