What I meant by there maybe too many changes has to do with the over all change of tactics to the team by be too frequent. I have noticed that a few of the players seem to be day dreaming and not alert to where the ball going or what their opponents are in the field. On the whole players are doing well and work hard.

Every game the players are given tactics within the formation structure, because every team has different strengths. I also think he sometimes tinkers too much and that confuses things. Many people honestly think the formation is the tactics, so don't grasp what you are getting at. So many times we have been very close to the tactics working this season, but have been undone by silly mental errors, which obviously no amount of tactical nous can remedy.
