To be fair to OldFella, Nick, he does warn us every time he joins a thread that he is a "Wally". I kind of respect him for that.

A great interpretation!

Anyone can look it up for themselves. Clearly you just like to shout a lot without thinking or reading.

By the way, it's still W4 D9 L14 in the league with him in the team last season. Oh, that's exactly what I said it was.

So, more bulls*** from you.

Why are you lying about this? It's not like it's that important? Or do you want to use Jedi going as a stick with which to beat Pardew. You know, you could just focus on the awful results.

Oh and here's the other season too:

Those numbers I gave, they were also right. It's amazing what you can learn by actually looking something up. You should try it.

I have, and believe you to be wrong.

I am on other posts supporting AP, I am not part of the AP out camp. But believe that Jedinak was a huge loss to the squad and the club.

"liar", "lying", "lying" and "bulls**t" - I am in awe of your eloquence.

So, you can't count then! That must be it, because if that is not true you must be spouting BS or lying. It might not be eloquent, and it is somewhat fitting that you think it is, but it is correct.

If I am wrong show me how? I have given evidence, and even provided the links for you to show us how what you claim is correct. You've failed, repeatedly, to do so.

If you come to a fork in the road, take it.

Jedinak was a considerable loss to the squad and the club but one which wasn't really avoidable and one which Pardew should have seen coming (and understood the importance of).

Its not so much losing Jedi but the fact that AP thought spending £29m on Benteke was the complete cure for all our woes but to be honest it has not worked. He is not the saviour everyone thought he was and I can honestly see why Liverpool sold him. His goal rate is pretty poor and he has had many chances from good crosses to put the ball in the net but misses more than he should. AP has probably realised that he is not as good as he thought he was and I must add I do not personally think he is cr@p but is over rated. AP needs to play with two up front and not just Benteke on his own. It is not working that way. A good revamp of team positions would probably solve our problems to some extent. Plus AP need to be less arrogant in his manner and stop treating us the fans with so much contempt like he does. The stupid statements he makes like " I do not care about clean sheets" is not what he should be saying. He should be making sure our defence is a s good as it was before he came to us and started messing around with a "New type of team"...His new team is not working and he needs to man up and change it. We are sweating down the bottom of the league right now and the teams that were frightened to play us are not anymore. Swansea are relishing their match with us and hope to get all three points and leave us with nothing. They could be right if we play the way we have been playing in defence. Rather than just playing His "special" team AP must stop being his usual arrogant self and change the team around. We have tried Mendana and Hennessy in goal and look where it has got us...five defeats!! Surely it would do no harm to put Jules in for a couple of matches he might surprise everyone and keep a clean sheet for a change.
Something needs to be done we all know that so lets hope the "Arrogant one" sorts things out once and for all .

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

Surely most fans who watch the games can see we competitive and losing by 1 goal. Our defending is admittedly poor and is costing us but the players are clearly still playing for the manager and we're not getting the breaks.

The first on Saturday was triple cock up by McArthur giving it away in a dangerous area, Cabaye with a misplaced pass and Kelly for poor clearance. The second, whoever was marking the space/near post was asleep. Is this Pardews or the players fault?

We're playing ok and the results are not a fair reflection. Stick with him

A question I've asked before to similar post is, do you think these mistakes would be happening if the team were thoroughly drilled, drilled again and then some more?

On reflection, i'd argue the first half of last season was the complete opposite - we got incredibly lucky to win so many games by the odd goal.

I think the past 11 months is probably closer to where we are performing - MAYBE we have been slightly unlucky but 0.71 PPG is a strong indicate over 32 matches. Even a 50% up turn to ~1 PPG is below where we should be with the money spent etc.

I think you would find that if Pullis was manager that his team would not make those kind of mistakes week in, week out. Not saying I want him as our manager but Pardew has not corrected these mistakes since the beginning of the year?

But we are letting in just under two goals per game which is relegation form!

Pleased to see that you have 'outed' his perpetual bulls***. We had this self-same thread on a forum while he was up here and someone created an amusing excuse generator... bit dated now but you get the idea

Do you mean if the team were managed properly ?
