Goes missing when we're out of form, as soon as we think we've turned the corner him and AP go doing stupid media interviews assuming we're mid-table all of a sudden. It always comes back to bite us on the arse.

Just go about the job quietly and efficiently.

Would have expected a bit more pressure on Al (1 win doesn't fix everything) but then the above suggest he wasn't ever really thinking about sacking him contrary to media reports.

On the one hand I worry about us sleep walking into relegation, on the other hand for years on this forum we've ridiculed owners at other clubs for getting rid of managers too early. Hard to criticise SP for doing the opposite, clearly wants AP here for the long term.
