All these fitness experts - just a waste of time and money. ..I didn't dismiss the trainers or their own personal trainers at all, I just said Mr Pardew alone will have no direct say towards the players considering their health and state of mind, it is in the players own best interests to look and play well, managers are conductors of an orchestra.

If he is just a figurehead and is not doing anything wrong (and he is certainly doing little right either) then there is no point in having him as Manager - no point at all.
