We obviously need a solid centre back to partner Scotty Dann. I doubt we will get the rumoured Fonte back and in my opinion the only reason we have been rumoured interested is because he is another player that used to play for us. Why not get Terry on loan till the end of the season? Ward, Terry, Dann and a quality left back in would look a pretty solid defence on paper. Just don't let him anywhere near the players lounge where all the players wives sit. We would be great from corners with the likes of Dann, Terry, Benteke, Wickham etc connecting to the balls swang in...

At the same time we're supposedly thinking of selling Benteke and Campbell and also signing Fonte. So we end up with no strikers and two extra centre-backs when what we actually need most urgently is a left-back and a left-winger. If the club actually do that it will be the biggest f*** up since the Charge of the Light Brigade. We have 20 days to sort out the disaster on the left and if we really are f***ing about looking at CBs and selling strikers then I can only assume that Parish, Allardyce and anyone else who has a say in running this circus have collectively taken leave of their f***ing senses.
