This guy on way to Villa, surely we can hijack the deal.Left footed midfielder 25 years old, and good set piece taker. Barnsley captain and available at a good price.

Good shout, very good player, great energy and dead ball specialist. I doubt our club has even heard of him though. Although I would rather have someone more physical in midfield this guy could be a bargain!

All over twitter that he's had a medical with us today? Deal with Villa was said to be 99% done, but supposedly we've hijacked it at the last minute. Can anyone shed any light on this? Would be a good squad player IMO.

A left-footed player I suggested a while ago.Scores spectacular goals rather than tap-ins.Excellent set-piece delivery and can score from excellent free kicks over wall.
