I was pleased with thee result too. We played very well against a very good side that was in form and we were a bit unlucky to not vet a point. We haven't been able to say that for so e time. Even against st watfoerd we gifted them the point.

He moved for the money. We made his career. Should show some respect but doesn't. Don't really care tbh. He's not our player or problem anymore. Support the lads wearing the shirt now.

Yannick Bolasie - Glenn Murray - Wilfried Zaha

Most exciting attacking trio at Selhurst Park in years.

The way I see it is I'd never cheer if he banged in a goal against Palace and I don't expect him to support Palace over us when the two teams play.

We sold him because he wanted to leave, no other reason.

There is the option of saying nothing.

Agreed. It's almost like he's his own man capable of independent thought and not subservient to Palace fans. What a b******!

Many footballers use third parties to tweet on their behalf so perhaps Bolasie didn't actually make the tweet himself.

You may recall that Benteke's proxy tweeter posted how much he was looking forward to joining Burnley

Yeah when Wright did those windmills, like Ginger Rogers near the North Bank in '93 when we were relegated I thought he was quite right to. What bollox.

Subservient? Tosh. How about just respect and decency?

Couldn't care less about Bolasie anymore. Anyway, he obviously hasn't realised yet that Everton look a lot better without him!
He's an 'entertaining' player and I loved watching him at Selhurst but there was hardly that many end results to all those tricks as far as decent crosses and goals were concerned.

Just a bit of decency wouldn't be a bad thing.

I was about to post a comment along the lines of "everton player celebrates everton win...and? But thinking about it - just saying nothing would be the classy thing to do

I cared more about Ian Wright than I did about Yannick Bolasie. I was pleased we got so much for the guy really. I was 12 when Ian Wright did that, but if I remember correctly he got a load of stick from the Palace fans before that.

I guess my thoughts are that I'd be disappointed in anyone joining us not being happy to beat their old club. It never sat well with me that Glenn Murray wouldn't celebrate goals against Brighton, although I do appreciate all he did at Palace, celebration or no celebration.
