If by any chance you'r not familiar with the terms availability bias and confirmation bias, it may be well worth acquainting yourself with them. They might just explain some of the excesses and vitriol written above. With more balanced reporting that necessarily acknowledges Wayne's better performaces a more more measured and more accurate account might be delivered. Let's not forget that Wayne is the back line of a four/five man defence that must (usually) pentrated first. They must all work together. Wayne has had to put up with working with quite a varied group of backs. Lack of stability helps only very (discounting the benefits that the opposition teams accrue)>

The stat on MOTD tonight said it all, We have faced significantly more shots on target than anyone else in the premier league. That is the fault of the defence, not WH. And the lack of goals is certainly nothing to do with WH. Of course he has too bear some responsibility for some of conceded goals, but no more than most other keepers in the division.

look the team are so down with confidence changing the keeper will not keep clean sheets, I have always been a jules fan but i dont think even jules would make a difference. we have tried all sorts of combinations across the back and we still let in early and late goals, we need two things to get our season going a clean sheet and a goal and i dont care how the goal goes in
